

How does it work?
Every client is unique, and their program should reflect that. I make sure to personalize your training to meet you where you are, and get you to where you want to be.
Soma training programs require a minimum 3 month commitment. Review the following steps to understand the Soma process, and the programs offered below.

Reach out using the contact form
If you are ready to commit to 3-4 months of training, reach out through the contact form. I will send you intake forms, and you can book a free in-person consultation + movement screening at your convenience.

Free consultation & movement screening
We will meet at Quartzite Climbing Gym, and chat about goals, realistic time commitments for your schedule, and training locations. If we both feel like this might be a great fit, we will then move through some basic fitness assessments, where I can observe your movement patterns.

Book your monthly sessions
I use the results of the movement screening to help build your program. Book your first training session, and I will lead you through your workout, making sure we nail technique and load, so that you can have confidence doing these workouts on your own. Unless you have a home gym, all in-person gym sessions with me will be done at Quartzite Climbing Gym. Have a membership at another gym? No problem- all programs are customized for the equipment you have access to.

Train on your own
Follow your program and train on your own! Gain confidence in the movements, get strong, and see how it translates to the snow, dirt, and rock. You can expect your program to evolve as you progress. Review the programs below for more info.

Base Plan: $150 a month
For folks who are new to training, or want to try a less committing program. 3 months minimum.

Premium Plan: $250/ month
For folks who are serious about training, or for those with long-term goals. 4 months minimum.

Additional Sessions (55 min) ............................ $85
Want more accountability? Additional in-person sessions are encouraged, and are available for any program.
